Guest Use PolicySummit Athletic Club is a private Club. Non Members may use the Club on a Guest basis so long as they meet the following criteria: All Guests must completely fill out a Guest Registry & Waiver card and provide valid photo ID. Guests must present a valid Guest Pass. If they do not have a valid Guest Pass, they must be with a Member who is in good standing and the regular Guest Fee of $8.00 per person must be paid prior to entrance, for every person over 3 years of age. A Non Member may only use the Club 5 times as a paying Guest at the regular rate or with a valid Guest Pass. The regular Guest Fee per visit, per person is $8.00. Upon the sixth visit and thereafter, a Guest may not use any complimentary passes and must pay a $16.00 Guest Fee per person. The Member that is hosting the Guest must understand that they are responsible to ensure that their Guest follows all Summit Athletic Club Policies and Procedures, including proper attire. Failure to ensure all Policies and Procedures are followed can result in expulsion of the Guest and Suspension of the Member.
All Guests must be entered into the computer tracking system and checked in for each use. Higher use Guests attendance’ will be evaluated annually to determine the best way to attempt to convert them to a Member status. Exceptions are made for Non Members that are attending for a specific service (Massage, Swim Lessons, Personal Training, Tennis Lessons etc.), or are attending a special event (Tennis Tournaments, Swim Meets, Lectures etc.). Non Members using the Club for one of the above type of services must still complete a Guest Registry & Waiver card and pay any applicable fee, but they will not be counted for normal attendance accounting, but through specialized attendance accounting procedures. Out of Town guests (outside of Washington County) may use the Club after completing a Guest Registry & Waiver card for $8 per visit per person. They must present valid photo ID as proof out non-residency, and be entered into the computer system. |
