GROUP FITNESS Like to workout and have fun at the same time? Don’t have a work-out partner or need to be held accountable. Try our group fitness classes! It is a chance to get a great workout in a fun environment with others (who will notice if you don’t show up!) We offer over 50 group exercise classes a week, that will challenge your mind and body; focusing on cardiovascular training, strength training, interval training, endurance, flexibility, toning, and meditation. - Group Cycling (Spinning) - The industries finest, most comprehensive indoor cycling class focus’ on endurance, strength and interval rides. Available to all skill levels, cycling is an individual workout in a group atmosphere.
- Weight Training Pump, Full body Challenge- Tired of the same old pump class? The intensity of this workout will test your limits through group strength and endurance training. All ability levels are welcome.
- Boot Camp - This result-oriented boot camp class is designed to kick your butt. Fun drills and military work will get that body ready for summer in no time. Bring your water bottle and smile.
- Yoga Fusion- Based on traditional yoga principals of strength, suppleness and a focused mind. This class will surely empower your yoga experience. The class is available to all levels; however, our intention is to create flowing sequences that facilitate stability to improve mobility.
- Pilates - Will sculpt long lean muscles, strengthen your core, and increase your flexibility. This amazing workout is based on Joseph Pilate’s 34 unique mat exercises. Pilates is for everybody and every body-type.
- Co-Ed Power Bag- Come experience this intense kick boxing class that teaches you concepts of weight shifts and balance, infused with speed and agility. Exercises are performed on and off the bag. Punch, jab, and kick your way to fitness.
- Silver Sneakers - Especially designed classes for our senior crowd. Have fun and move to the music though a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand- held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
