Research has shown that members achieve results more quickly and stay more committed to a program when they have one-on-one personal training. Our Certified Personal Trainers will help you with a safe, effective, fitness program that is personally designed for all of your fitness needs.

SUMMIT ATHLETIC CLUB has developed a number of programs to help you work with a personal trainer.

  • One-on-one training where the trainer designs a program just for you.
  • Partner training, you find a partner and share the cost.
  • Our most affordable option, group training, gives the benefits of working with a personal trainer coupled with the fun of working out with a group of friends at the gym.

 

MEET OUR PERSONAL TRAINERS

 Karen Baca has been involved in the fitness industry for over 7 years, but she has had a life-long love of fitness. She has worked out consistently since she was 19 and can testify of the health benefits of fitness. Karen brings a desire and ability to motivate others. She helps her clients understand that a healthy lifestyle brings quality of life.

Karen is a motivator. She specializes in helping those who feel they cannot achieve their dreams. She is a wife and mother of two, grandmother of eight and great grandmother of two and she loves working with new mothers.

Jamie Judd loves being fit, strong and active. She has loved outdoor activities for as long as she can remember. She is one of our fitness instructors as well as a personal trainer. She teaches Spin, Yoga, Boot Camp, Strength and Core classes.

Jamie says "I love to help people feel strong, healthy and confident. I believe if you focus on the increased health and vitality you feel when you are exercising, rather than of the scales, you will find that the results will just happen. Jamie is married and has children.
